Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Chair of the Organizing Committee, Bertha Pantoja, with a copy sent to info@mpsmexico2025.com. For cancellation notices received on or before December 31, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be processed within three weeks following the conclusion of the Meeting.
